2025 Summer Lightning Touch
Looking for something to do on a Thursday night and keep active during the off season?
Now that daylight saving is here and the weather getting warmer, we’re kicking off a lightning touch competition after this year’s AGM.
We will play over 4 rounds on Thursday nights from 30th October to 20th November with prize money available.

- Teams of 10
- Must have at least 1 x junior, 1 x female, 1 x senior and 1 x quenchy
- 7 players on the field at any one time
- 7 minute halves
- No kicking
- 6 touches before a handover
- Touched player rolls the ball between their legs to restart play
