How to register for the 2025 Season
All players need to register through the Rugby Xplorer App or online at Rugby Xplorer.
NOTE: All players must be registered prior to playing, otherwise you will be not be able to take the field.
BOX HILL RUGBY CLUB MEMBERS
- Login to your account in the Rugby Xplorer App or via the Rugby Xplorer website
- Go to ‘Register’> ‘Play Rugby’ > ‘Which club would you like to register to?’ Search for ‘Box Hill Rugby’
- Follow the prompts for registering as a player for your particular team.
Complete the Rugby AU registration and submit payment.
NEW MEMBERS
- Download the Rugby Xplorer App or via the Rugby Xplorer desktop version
- Go to ‘Register’> ‘Play Rugby’ > ‘Which club would you like to register to? Search for ‘Box Hill Rugby’
- Follow the prompts for registering as a player for your particular team.
Complete the Rugby AU registration and submit payment.
How to set up a Payment Plan
To assist with players’ cash flow, we offer a fortnightly payment plan for the Club component of the season fees.
- Click on the appropriate button below to go to the payment page
- Enter your details and credit card for the initial $60 payment
- Each fortnight thereafter a $60 payment will be processed until complete
Once complete, all payments will be credited to your season registration fees at Rugby Explorer.
You will need to login to your Rugby Explorer account and pay the balance before playing.
Playing Kit
Cost of your 2025 Playing Kit is included in your membership fee (except Masters and Juniors).
The Kit is valued at $126.50 and includes:
- Club Polo Shirt
- Club Training Tee
- Club Playing Shorts
- Club Socks

The online shop is coming soon and available on the website.
All items are made to order. Please choose sizes and items carefully as no refunds or cancellations once ordered.
In addition to the size chart, there will be an opportunity to try on selected items at the club to determine the correct fit and size.
Collection
Orders will be available for collection from the club in late April.
