How to register for the 2026 Season
All senior players will need to register through both RugbyXplorer and the Club payment plan.
NOTE: All players must be registered prior to playing, otherwise you will be not be able to take the field.
BOX HILL RUGBY CLUB MEMBERS
- Login to your account in the Rugby Xplorer App or via the Rugby Xplorer website
- Go to ‘Register’> ‘Play Rugby’ > ‘Which club would you like to register to?’ Search for ‘Box Hill Rugby’
- Follow the prompts for registering as a player for your particular team.
Complete the Rugby AU registration and submit payment.
NEW MEMBERS
- Download the Rugby Xplorer App or via the Rugby Xplorer desktop version
- Go to ‘Register’> ‘Play Rugby’ > ‘Which club would you like to register to? Search for ‘Box Hill Rugby’
- Follow the prompts for registering as a player for your particular team.
Complete the Rugby AU registration and submit payment.
How to set up the Payment Plan
The Club component of registration fees are to be via a fortnightly payment plan.
- Click on the appropriate button below to go to the payment page
- Enter your details and credit card for the initial $50 payment
- Each fortnight thereafter a $50 payment will be processed until complete
Once complete, you will be issued your playing kit.
Both the Club payment plan and Rugby Explorer registration must be complete before playing.
Playing Kit
The cost of your 2026 Playing Kit is included in your membership fee (except Masters and Juniors).
The Kit is valued at >$130 and includes:

All items are made to order. Please choose sizes and items carefully as no refunds or cancellations once ordered.
In addition to the size chart, there will be an opportunity to try on selected items at the club to determine the correct fit and size.
Collection
Orders will be available for collection from the club in April.
